Terms  and  Conditions : Villa Fausta

 

  1. Reservation and Payment: a. The villa rental rate is dynamic and varies depending on the day of the week and weekend, exclusive of 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST). b. Payment in full is required to confirm your reservation. c. Additionally, an extra charge of 1000 INR per extra person per night beyond 10 Guests will be applied. e. Payment can be made via bank transfer or online payment gateway. Details will be provided upon booking confirmation. A refundable security deposit of 10,000 will be collected in cash at the time of check-in. Full Payment must be completed at least a day prior to check in date.

A Minimum of 48 hours is required for food orders and orders will be accepted against full payment only.

 

  1. Occupancy: a. The villa has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests. b. There are 4 bedrooms available, each equipped with comfortable bedding. c. Four bathrooms are attached to the bedrooms, with one bathroom common to all . d. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made with 4 extra mattresses provided upon request. Please note that all rooms are equipped with AC for the comfort of our guests.

 

  1. Amenities: a. The villa features an inductive stove along with ample cutlery and beverage crockery for guest use. b. Guests can enjoy the pristine swimming pool and outdoor seating area for relaxation. c. A JBL speaker is available for entertainment and convenience. d. Two bedrooms are equipped with sofa cum beds. e. Other amenities include a, dining table seating for 6. f. Spectacular views of the mountains and lake are visible from the villa, providing a serene atmosphere. g. Guests can stargaze at night, taking advantage of the clear sky. h. Please note there is no garden area or a game room. i. The villa features a Jacuzzi Bathtub in one of the bedrooms. j. The kitchen has a induction unit, a microwave, a toaster, a hot and cold water dispenser.

4.Meal Policy:

 

We want to ensure your experience with us is as enjoyable and seamless as possible. Please take a

 

moment to review the following important details:

Shared Kitchen Facility: Our kitchen is a shared space where both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is prepared. Rest assured, we take proper care and precautions to avoid cross-contamination, ensuring a safe and clean environment for all guests.

Food Orders and Menu: Due to our location and market constraints, we are unable to accommodate last-minute food requests. To ensure a smooth experience, all food orders will be confirmed upon full payment and agreement on the menu between the host/property manager and guest. We kindly ask for your understanding that no modifications to the final food menu, additions, or eliminations in the number of attendees can be made one day prior to check-in or on the check-in date itself. We operate on a need-to-order basis and do not store food for other bookings; everything is freshly procured, therefore food orders are strictly non refundable.The agreed-upon payment for food will be considered final.

Meal Plan & Food Request Information

To help us ensure a smooth dining experience, please note the following regarding our meal plans and food requests:

·Minimum Pax for Meals:

  • On weekends, a minimum of 8 guests is required to confirm meal plans.

  • On weekdays, a minimum of 6 guests is required to confirm meal plans.

  • Confirmation & Payment: All meal plans are confirmed only once full payment is received.

  • Availability: Food requests and chef availability are always subject to our current capacity.

·Special Requests & Substitutions:

  • Any items requested outside of the agreed menu format will be confirmed at

management's discretion.

  • Please be aware that some specific food items might be unavailable. In such cases, management reserves the right to substitute items with 6 hours' prior notice.

  • We can accommodate prior "out of menu" requests, but these are also subject to availability and management's discretion.

PLEASE NOTE

 

Pool Hours:

 

  • The pool is closed between 9 P.M and 9:00 AM. No access is allowed during these hours.

 

 

 

Power Cuts:

 

  • In the event of a power cut, fans will be available for use.

General Rules:

 

  • Shower before entering the pool.

  • No running, diving, or rough play.

  • Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult.

  • Proper swimwear is required.

  • No glass containers in the pool area.

  • No food or drinks in the pool.

  • No pets allowed in the pool area.( A penalty of 5000 rupees will be applicable in failing to adhere to this )

  • Respect others' privacy and space.

  • Use of the pool is at your own risk.

By using the pool, you agree to adhere to these rules for the safety and enjoyment of all patrons.

 

LIQUOR PERMIT REQUIREMENT:

Please note that the villa does not provide liquor permits. Guests wishing to consume alcohol on the premises must obtain a valid liquor permit from the relevant authorities prior to arrival.

 

It is the guest's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the consumption of alcohol. The villa reserves the right to refuse admission or request removal of any guest who fails to produce a valid liquor permit or breaches any applicable laws or regulations.

 

By making a booking, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this requirement.

 

  1. Additional Services: a. Meal options are available upon request. Guests can enjoy delicious meals prepared by our skilled chefs. b. Staff members are present on the property at all hours to assist guests with any inquiries or requirements.

 

  1. Linen Policy: As part of our linen policy, we would like to bring to your attention that any damages to our linens, including towels and bedding, will incur additional charges.

 

  1. Check-in and Check-out: a. Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards. b. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. c. Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability and additional charges.

 

  1. Cancellation Policy: a. Cancellations made less than 1 day prior to the check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full rental fee.

 

  1. Liability: a. The villa management holds no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their stay. b. Guests are advised to take proper precautions and care while utilizing the facilities and amenities provided. Lockers are n o t provided for safekeeping. Inverter or generator back ups are provided by Villa Fausta in case of electricity failure to let the guests stay not be hampered. However, inverter back ups last depending on usability of electric items by the client. Generator back up shall be chargeable at ₹500/hour. Kindly note, electricity in most of the tourist towns is provided by the government and not private players, hence restoration of the same takes longer than usual city power cuts. Villa Fausta will not be held liable for any power cut outs and no refund will be provided to the client for the same, as it’s out of the control of Villa Fausta.

 

By confirming the booking, guests agree to abide by the above terms and conditions outlined for the villa rental.

 

 

15 Days Cancellation Policy:

 

Cancellation Charges

 

More than 15 days - prior to check-in date - 100% refund of the advance is applicable.

 

Between 14 days to 8 days prior to check-in date - Non-refundable.

 

Between 7 days prior to check-in date - No Refund / No Modification is possible.

 

 

 

Policy For Reservations On Public Holidays, Blackout dates, Diwali, Holi, 22nd December To 2nd January And Long Weekends.

 

30 Day Cancellation Policy :

When a cancellation is made :

 

More than 30 days prior to check-in date - 100% refund of the advance is applicable.

 

Within 30 days prior to check-in date - No Refund / No Modification is possible.

 

Refund For Extra Guests:

 

In case of any change in group size, the extra bedding charges collected can be refunded if intimated to Villa Fausta minimum 3 days prior to check-in. As with all refunds a 5% processing fee shall be levied for processing the refund. No refund for extra bedding charges shall be processed if informed within 3 days prior check-in or after check-in.

 

 

 

Reschedule Policy:

 

  • Villa Fausta allows rescheduling only upto 15 days before the Date of Check-In. You may be charged a Rescheduling Charge + Taxes for any bookings that may have to be rescheduled.

  • If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is being rescheduled to, is higher than the tariffs of the original booking, the difference is payable to Villa Fausta (along with applicable GST), along with the Rescheduling charge.

  • A rescheduling charge may be applicable every time the booking is rescheduled.

 

 

Early Check-in and Late Check-out Policy:

 

  • Our standard check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 11 am. We'd be happy to offer you a complimentary early check-in by 1 pm , provided there's no booking at the villa for the previous night. Please confirm with us a day prior to the check-in, which will be subject to availability. In case you wish to have an earlier check-in (earliest possible is 10:00 am), charges are applicable & subjective to availability. The rate is 20% of the tariff for that night.

  • We'd be happy to offer a complimentary late check-out by 12:00 pm if there's no booking at the villa on the day of your checkout. However, we can only let you know by 10am on your checkout date as we do accept instant online and last-minute bookings.

  • In case you wish to avail a further extended checkout (post 11:00 am), charges are applicable. The rate is 20% of the tariff for that night for a Checkout up to 2 pm, the rate fro3 and full charges from 2 pm. Full night charges apply thereafter.

  • It is at the discretion of Villa Fausta, whether to offer early check-in or late check-out.

 

Processing Refunds:

 

  • In case of any refunds that Villa Fausta owes Guest(s), the processing shall be completed within 7 working days.

  • A nominal cancellation fee of 5% shall be levied for processing refunds by Villa Fausta. This is levied to cover payment gateway charges along with a minimal processing charge.

 

 

 

BASIC HOUSE RULES

 

The following are prohibited at Villa Fausta:

 

  • We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the property ( only balconies or terraces or garden are permitted areas), including but not limited to nicotine, tobacco derived products and/or cannabis derived substances (including vaping and e-cigarettes); breaking this rule will incur a INR 2500 fine;

  • DJ Parties or events;

  • Unreasonable numbers of guests including any that exceed the maximum permitted by Villa Fausta.

  • Number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum allowed for the unit, this information is posted on the website;

  • Excessive noise (in the form of yelling/shouting or music);

  • Audible noise outside of the property after 10:30 pm local time;

  • Disturbing neighbors or invading their privacy or security;

•Illegal substances or activity (e.g., involving drugs, the Internet, or Gambling or otherwise, including illegal downloads or file sharing whether using our, your own, or a third-party device or Internet connection);

  • Pornography production or prostitution;

  • Dangerous or hazardous items (e.g., those that may increase the risk of fire or explosion such as candles or lighters or fire crackers);

  • Firearms and other weapons (except those rightfully possessed by on-duty or off-duty law enforcement officials or licensed security guards);

  • Placing of obstructions, signage, garbage, food, or personal items unattended outside the property;

  • Creating unsanitary conditions (e.g., generating excessive trash or vomiting in the property or on any linens or offensive odors, or throwing food all around the property or attracting pests);

 

  • Making any change, modification, alteration, or addition whatsoever to the property or its contents (including moving furniture around);

  • Soliciting or loitering around the space or building;

  • Commercial photography, film, or videography (without expressed written consent);

  • Using the property for any purpose other than for personal accommodation.

 

 

•Pool Toys:

Please note that no pool toys are provided at the villa. Guests are advised to carry their own if they wish to use any.

•Jumping from the Second Floor:

Jumping from the second floor into the pool is strictly prohibited. Any instance of jumping will result in the full deduction of the security deposit (SD).

•Induction Utensils Usage:

For safety and operational purposes, guests are required to use induction-compatible utensils when using the stove.

•Swimwear Requirement:

Guests are required to wear proper swimwear while using the pool. Wearing clothes other than swimwear will result in a deduction from the security deposit (SD).

•Smoking Policy:

Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in the

forfeiture of the full security deposit (SD).

 

 

Other

 

  • Zero tolerance. Please ensure that you respect all members of staff and your fellow residents. Villa Fausta is a safe and friendly environment where everybody should be treated with the same level of respect. In accordance with our non-discrimination and harassment policy, we have zero tolerance for racism, sexism, discrimination, intimidation, or violence to any kind.

  • Guests. You may permit guests to occupy the property during your stay only to the extent authorized by us in writing and you must accompany and supervise such guests at all times. If you exceed any applicable maximum authorized number of overnight guests, then you will be liable to pay additional fees of up to 100% of your effective daily rate for each unauthorized guest and we may revoke or terminate your license to occupy the property immediately. You also acknowledge and agree that we may require you and/or your daytime guests to provide us with documentation verifying your guests’ identity such as passport and other information.

  • Supplies. We provide an initial supply of consumable household supplies and toiletries.

  • Houseware. We also provide linens and kitchenware for your use during your stay. Any such items that are removed from the property will be charged to you in accordance with our terms.

  • Amenities. Only those amenities that are described in your booking confirmation email are available to you. Please follow any instructions that have been provided to you or may be posted on the property. Your use of any amenities is at your sole risk. Guests younger than 18 years must be accompanied by an adult when using any amenities and

 

other common areas.

  • Parking. Parking options and instructions may be provided in our booking confirmation email to you. If you or your guests choose to make use of any recommended parking options, then you (and your guests, if applicable) must comply with all provided instructions, all publicly posted parking signs and policies, and any other applicable parking laws. Villa Fausta is not responsible for your or your guests’ non- compliance with such instructions, signs, policies, or laws.

  • Safety and Security. You are responsible for your and your guests’ safety and security. Please read, listen to, and comply with any fire, health, or safety rules and regulations which are provided to you.

 

  • Reporting Damage to the property. You must notify us in writing of any damage done to the property or any of its contents which occurs during your stay, even if you regard the damage as minimal or normal wear and tear, or if you do not believe the damage is your fault. If you do not notify us of any such damage, you will be responsible for such damage in accordance with the Villa Fausta’s Term & the cost of repairing/replacing the damaged item will be deducted from your Security Deposit.

  • Communications. There may be property management or other professionals affiliated with Villa Fausta located on-site.

 

Please direct all of your requests and communications to them or at the contact information previously provided to you.

  • Other Instructions. In connection with your stay at Villa Fausta, we may provide you with other written instructions applicable to your stay. These written instructions are “House Rules” as defined in Villa Fausta’s Terms. Please follow those instructions, ensure that your guests follow them too, and call us if you have any questions.

  • As a reminder, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you and your guests are aware of and comply with our Terms and Rules, including keeping the property clean and tidy and in the same condition as you found it. We hope you enjoy your stay!

 

Note –

 

 

 

 

 

Kindly note that there is no lifeguard stationed at any pool of Villa property and the guests should only indulge in swimming if they know how to swim & incase they don’t, they shall carry a floator tubes Villas Fausta shall not provide any. Kids should always beassisted by adults in or by the poolside. Any accidents incurred at the property/pool is not accounted by Villa Fausta.

 

Guests shall at all given times take responsibility for keeping their luggage/valuables and all personal belongings safe and the loss or damage of any item left unattended will not be responsibility of Villa

Fausta.

 

Guests shall make sure their cars are aptly parked in the designated parking areas avoiding any hindrance to other cars In the vicinity. Parking of cars will be solely at the owners riskand Villa

Fausta does not accept any damage or responsibility for any such accidents or losses.

 

Villa Fausta is close to nature and hence mosquitoes/insects/pests may be spotted more often than natural, Villa Fausta requests all its guests to make sure to shut all doors and windows at sunset to

avoid such insects/pests from entering the

 

property. Trespassing of pests/insects into Villa Fausta property isn’t a liability of Villa Fausta and no refund

 

 

 

 

will be provided by Villa Fausta. However, the ground team of Villa Fausta shall be notified incase of any such incident and necessary steps/actions will be taken to get rid of the insects/pests.

 

Wi-if network fluctuations may take place due to various unforeseen reasons & Villa Fausta holds no control over the same. However, our ground team on being informed by the guests will reach out to the network provider to resolve the issue at the earliest. No refunds will be

provided in such a case irrespective.

 

 

 

                                   House Rules                                  

 

- Check-in is available from 2 PM onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11 AM.

  • During your stay, please refrain from hosting visitors or additional guests to avoid incurring extra charges.

  • We do not support late-night parties or loud music after 10 PM. DJ parties and large sound systems are strictly prohibited.

  • Illegal activities, including the possession or use of drugs/narcotics and weapons, are not allowed on the premises. The management retains the authority to report such activities to the local authorities, which may result in eviction.

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking. A fine will be imposed for smoking indoors.

- There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Parents or guardians must supervise infants and youngsters while they are in the pool.

  • Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal valuables. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

  • Please ensure the safekeeping of your personal belongings. Loss, theft, or damage to items is not the responsibility of the management.

  • Only Aadhar Cards, Driver's Licenses, and Passports are accepted as valid ID proofs.

- The management's decisions are final and binding.

  • A refundable security deposit of 10,000 will be collected in cash during time of check-in, and any actual damages caused during your stay will be deducted from this deposit.

-Guest cannot bring their own chef or Maharaj at the property.

-Food orders will be accepted if informed 48 hours prior to check in and against full payment only.

 

Staff will be available to assist you until 10:30 pm only. Please respect staff wellbeing.

 

 

-Staff aren’t authorized to leave the premises unless instructed by the host.

  • We'd be happy to offer a complimentary late check-out by 12:00 pm if there's no booking at the villa on the day of your checkout. However, we can only let you know by 10am on your checkout date as we do accept instant online and last-minute bookings.

  • In case you wish to avail a further extended checkout (post 11:00 am), charges are applicable. The rate is 40% of the tariff for that night for a Checkout up to 2 pm, and Full night charges apply thereafter. (subject to availability)

  • It is at the discretion of Dolce villa, whether to offer early check-in or late check-out.

 

Processing Refunds:

 

  • In case of any refunds that Dolce Villa owes Guest(s), the processing shall be completed within 7 working days.

  • A nominal cancellation fee of 5% shall be levied for processing refunds by Dolce Villa. This is levied to cover payment gateway charges along with a minimal processing charge.

 

 

 

BASIC HOUSE RULES

 

The following are prohibited at Dolce villa:

 

  • We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the property ( only balconies or terraces or garden are permitted areas), including but not limited to nicotine, tobacco derived products and/or cannabis derived substances (including vaping and e-cigarettes); breaking this rule will incur a INR 2500 fine;

  • DJ Parties or events;

  • Unreasonable numbers of guests including any that exceed the maximum permitted by Dolce villa.

  • Number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum allowed for the unit, this information is posted on the website;

  • Excessive noise (in the form of yelling/shouting or music);

  • Audible noise outside of the property after 10:30 pm local time;

  • Disturbing neighbors or invading their privacy or security;

•Illegal substances or activity (e.g., involving drugs, the Internet, or Gambling or otherwise, including illegal downloads or file sharing whether using our, your own, or a third-party device or Internet connection);

  • Pornography production or prostitution;

  • Dangerous or hazardous items (e.g., those that may increase the risk of fire or explosion such as candles or lighters or fire crackers);

  • Firearms and other weapons (except those rightfully possessed by on-duty or off-duty law enforcement officials or licensed security guards);

  • Placing of obstructions, signage, garbage, food, or personal items unattended outside the property;

  • Creating unsanitary conditions (e.g., generating excessive trash or vomiting in the property or on any linens or offensive odors, or throwing food all around the property or attracting pests);

 

  • Making any change, modification, alteration, or addition whatsoever to the property or its contents (including moving furniture around);

  • Soliciting or loitering around the space or building;

  • Commercial photography, film, or videography (without expressed written consent);

  • Using the property for any purpose other than for personal accommodation.

 

 

•Pool Toys:

Please note that no pool toys are provided at the villa. Guests are advised to carry their own if they wish to use any.

•Jumping from the First Floor:

Jumping from the first floor into the pool is strictly prohibited. Any instance of jumping will result in the full deduction of the security deposit (SD).

•Induction Utensils Usage:

For safety and operational purposes, guests are required to use induction-compatible utensils when using the stove.

•Swimwear Requirement:

Guests are required to wear proper swimwear while using the pool. Wearing clothes other than swimwear will result in a deduction from the security deposit (SD).

•Smoking Policy:

Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in the

forfeiture of the full security deposit (SD).

 

 

Other

 

  • Zero tolerance. Please ensure that you respect all members of staff and your fellow residents. Dolce villa is a safe and friendly environment where everybody should be treated with the same level of respect. In accordance with our non-discrimination and harassment policy, we have zero tolerance for racism, sexism, discrimination, intimidation, or violence to any kind.

  • Guests. You may permit guests to occupy the property during your stay only to the extent authorized by us in writing and you must accompany and supervise such guests at all times. If you exceed any applicable maximum authorized number of overnight guests, then you will be liable to pay additional fees of up to 100% of your effective daily rate for each unauthorized guest and we may revoke or terminate your license to occupy the property immediately. You also acknowledge and agree that we may require you and/or your daytime guests to provide us with documentation verifying your guests’ identity such as passport and other information.

  • Supplies. We provide an initial supply of consumable household supplies and toiletries.

  • Houseware. We also provide linens and kitchenware for your use during your stay. Any such items that are removed from the property will be charged to you in accordance with our terms.

  • Amenities. Only those amenities that are described in your booking confirmation email are available to you. Please follow any instructions that have been provided to you or may be posted on the property. Your use of any amenities is at your sole risk. Guests younger than 18 years must be accompanied by an adult when using any amenities and

 

other common areas.

  • Parking. Parking options and instructions may be provided in our booking confirmation email to you. If you or your guests choose to make use of any recommended parking options, then you (and your guests, if applicable) must comply with all provided instructions, all publicly posted parking signs and policies, and any other applicable parking laws. Dolce villa is not responsible for your or your guests’ non- compliance with such instructions, signs, policies, or laws.

  • Safety and Security. You are responsible for your and your guests’ safety and security. Please read, listen to, and comply with any fire, health, or safety rules and regulations which are provided to you.

 

  • Reporting Damage to the property. You must notify us in writing of any damage done to the property or any of its contents which occurs during your stay, even if you regard the damage as minimal or normal wear and tear, or if you do not believe the damage is your fault. If you do not notify us of any such damage, you will be responsible for such damage in accordance with the Dolce villa’s Term & the cost of repairing/replacing the damaged item will be deducted from your Security Deposit.

  • Communications. There may be property management or other professionals affiliated with Dolce villa located on-site.

 

Please direct all of your requests and communications to them or at the contact information previously provided to you.

  • Other Instructions. In connection with your stay at Dolce villa, we may provide you with other written instructions applicable to your stay. These written instructions are “House Rules” as defined in Dolce villa’s Terms. Please follow those instructions, ensure that your guests follow them too, and call us if you have any questions.

  • As a reminder, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you and your guests are aware of and comply with our Terms and Rules, including keeping the property clean and tidy and in the same condition as you found it. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Anyaccidentsincurredat theproperty/poolis notaliabilityof Dolce Villa.

     Guests shall at all given times take responsibility for keepingtheir luggage/valuables and all personal belongings in a locked cupboard and the loss or damage of any item left unattendedwillnotbealiabilityorresponsibilityofDolce Villa.

     Guests shall make sure their cars are aptly parked in the designated parking areas avoidingany hindrancetoothercarsinthevicinity.Parkingofcarswillbesolelyatthe owners risk and Dolce Villa does not accept any damage or responsibility for anysuch accidentsorlosses.

     Dolce Villa is close to nature and hence mosquitoes/insects/pests may be spotted more often than natural, Dolce Villa requests all its guests to make sure to shut all doors and windows at sunsettoavoidsuchinsects/pestsfromenteringthe

property. Trespassing of pests/insects into Dolce Villa property isn’t a liability of Dolce villa and no refund

 

will be provided by Dolce villa. However, the ground team of Dolce villa shall be notified incase ofanysuchincidentandnecessarysteps/actionswillbetakentogetridof the  insects/pests.

     Wi-if network fluctuations may take place due to various unforeseen reasons & Dolce villa holds no control over the same. However, our ground team on being informed by theguestswillreach out to thenetworkprovider to resolvetheissue at the earliest. No refundswillbeprovidedinsuchacaseirrespective.

 

House Rules                                                                                   

 

- Check-in is available from 2 PM onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11 AM.

  • During your stay, please refrain from hosting visitors or additional guests to avoid incurring extra charges.

  • We do not support late-night parties or loud music after 10 PM. DJ parties and large sound systems are strictly prohibited.

  • Illegal activities, including the possession or use of drugs/narcotics and weapons, are not allowed on the premises. The management retains the authority to report such activities to the local authorities, which may result in eviction.

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking. A fine will be imposed for smoking indoors.

- There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Parents or guardians must supervise infants and youngsters while they are in the pool.

  • Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal valuables. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

  • Please ensure the safekeeping of your personal belongings. Loss, theft, or damage to items is not the responsibility of the management.

  • Only Aadhar Cards, Driver's Licenses, and Passports are accepted as valid ID proofs.

- The management's decisions are final and binding.

  • A refundable security deposit of 10,000 will be collected in cash during time of check-in, and any actual damages caused during your stay will be deducted from this deposit.

-Guest cannot bring their own chef or Maharaj at the property.

-Food orders will be accepted if informed 48 hours prior to check in and against full payment only.

Staff will be available to assist you until 10:30 pm only. Please respect staff wellbeing.

 

 

-Staff aren’t authorized to leave the premises unless instructed by the host.
